Please speak to your drivers about driving safety and the importance of brand recognition. I just observed one of your drivers in a company vehicle almost cause an accident on the 118 freeway by not allowing traffic to merge and cutting them off. I do not know if the employee was in a hurry, but this is a reflection of overall adherence to safety

I regret hiring C3 Restoration for my recent project due to the poor service and lack of accountability I experienced. After their team completed the work, I found noticeable damage to my tile flooring. When I reached out to the manager to address the issue, they were dismissive and claimed that such damages were not covered, despite clear terms in the contract stating otherwise. Their refusal to take responsibility or even acknowledge the possibility of their involvement in the damage was shocking. The manager was quick to dismiss my concerns and refused to help me file a claim, stating they didn’t believe their team caused the damage. This is hard to believe since no one else entered my home during that week. The poor customer service and unwillingness to address valid concerns reflect a troubling lack of professionalism and integrity. If you’re considering C3 Restoration, be aware of their dismissive attitude toward customer issues. I cannot recommend them and would suggest finding a company that values its customers and stands by its work.
