Most of my house was flooded. I used the services of Restoration Unlimited. Very professional staff. They were great about answering my many questions and helping me through this whole.

I had the best experience working with Restoration Unlimited! I had water damage in my condo from an upstairs leak, and I needed repairs done asap. Their staff was caring, considerate, quick and efficient. Jeremy explained everything to me before starting work. He kept the cost down throughout the process, even when his staff ended up needing to work over time in order to get the job done in time for my tenant’s move that weekend. I was under a lot of stress, and Restoration Unlimited did everything they could to save me time and money. I’m so grateful to have found this company for my water damage repairs! I highly recommend Restoration Unlimited.

There was a leak in my house. Restoration Unlimited was supportive and did an excellent job for the water mitigation and emergency drying. They explained thoroughly on the how they will take and gave a great value price to get the job done. Their integrity was one of the key factors that made me trust them. I definitely approve their services.

My family used Restoration Unlimited for two services: Drying job & Moving contents. We spoke with Hannah (she was very helpful and attentive to my scheduling) and Jeremiah (the owner of the company). They explained the entire process thoroughly and gave me the next steps every time I had questions. For the drying job, the project manager and the crew were always at the home setting up the machines, checking up on the monitors on a daily basis, and always making sure that the process was moving ahead without any delays. I really appreciate the fast response from Restoration Unlimited (because of my work schedule, I was only available to speak or text during my breaktime and both Hannah and Jeremiah were quick to reply)! In order for the drying job to be completed in a professionally and correctly manner, the items in my home had to be packed up and moved away to storage. I was worried about how I was going to pack up all the items, furniture, and personal belongings in boxes that I did not have at that moment. Thanks to Restoration Unlimited, they brought their crew and all the needed boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc. I was SO relieved! They also labeled each box and took away my big furniture, marble dining table, big screen television, new refrigerator, and disassembled my bed frames carefully, yet quickly. I am glad that I was able to work with such a responsible, reputable company that I will be sure to recommend to anyone who needs restoration and/or moving services!

I had a water leak from my upstairs restroom which caused severe water damage to my three bedrooms, stairs, and entire first floor. There was absolutely no way I could clean this myself, so I called around multiple restoration companies. A couple of them came to inspect and gave me quotes which were extremely high and unreasonable. Nonetheless, I knew that I had to decide on one immediately to avoid mold issues. I came across Restoration Unlimited and their customer service was exceptional over the phone. The project manager: Jose came to inspect my home and he was beyond helpful (he even went to my neighbors home where the water had leaked to, and explained everything in detail to the both of us!) Compared to the other restoration companies, I am more than positive that Restoration Unlimited has the best prices, most educated staff, and amazing customer service. The owner, Jeremiah, followed up during the process of the drying job and made sure that everything was going smoothly. Thank you for everything Restoration Unlimited, I definitely recommend this company!
