Alan Wong5 StarChristian was professional all the way we had complaining tenants and he clearly explained what needed to be done .It was an older building that wad challenging to clear sewer. Eve Adler5 StarWater was backing up in Recently renovated bathroom shower. Christian did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem. I was not informed about the need to empty a basket underneath the drainage cover on a weekly basis. Christian was also able to give me advice about high pressure build up in a water tank. Wendy Leicht1 StarYou guys totally suck. All I needed was for you to unscrew a stubborn valve cartridge in my shower. Instead you sent 4 different plumbers to strip the hex bolt so the only option was to break tile and wall and cut the entire valve out. Then your manager totally ghosted me like a coward. Thanks for absolutely nothing. You guys are the absolute worst. Please post this review. I plan on putting it everywhere I can too.Tuesday 2nd April 2024
