SERVPRO performed some water damage mitigation and repair to two exterior windows of my townhome related to a roof leak. They were very kind and professional throughout the whole process from the estimates, repair work itself, and also coordinating with my HOA when we discovered damage that was the HOA's responsibility to fix. They kept me informed of the progress of the work at every step of the way. All their crew members were very nice, and the work was completed on time. I'm super happy with the work they did!

I hired ServPro to help me with a roof leak that caused water damage in my home. They were very professional and worked fast to fix the problem. They removed the damaged materials, dried everything out, and sanitized the area. They also communicated well with me and my insurance company throughout the process.
